Accounts and Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can place an order as a guest when checkout allows it. Creating or signing in to an account can make it easier to access order details and use the same email for future purchases.

How do I sign in or create an account?

Use the account sign-in page. The current account flow uses your email address to sign in or create an account. Use the same email address you used at checkout so your order information can be connected correctly.

Can I sign in with Google, Facebook, or Twitter?

Not in the current live account flow. If social sign-in becomes available again, this FAQ will be updated. For now, use email sign-in on the account page.

Can I track an order without creating an account?

Order and shipping updates are sent to the email address used at checkout. If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide tracking after the order has shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Is shipping free?

Free shipping is applied at checkout for every order we can ship. Available shipping options are shown before payment so you can review the delivery details before completing your order.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders can be expected within 7 to 14 days after shipment, unless a product page clearly states another delivery expectation. Delivery timing can still vary by product, destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

Where do orders ship from?

Unless a product page clearly states another shipping origin, DAXION mall™ orders ship from China.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Many international destinations may be possible, but available shipping options depend on the order and destination. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see whether shipping is available before payment.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is provided after shipment where available. Carrier tracking may update in stages, so it can take a little time before movement appears.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not paid to DAXION mall™ at checkout unless they are specifically shown during checkout.

Payments

How can I pay?

The payment options available to you are shown during secure checkout before you place your order. Major debit and credit cards are supported where shown as available. PayPal may also be available depending on location and provider availability.

Can I pay by bank transfer or wire transfer?

No bank-transfer or wire-transfer payment option is currently offered on the live store. Please use one of the secure checkout payment methods shown at checkout.

How are card payments protected?

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. DAXION mall™ will never ask you to send full card details by contact form, chat, email, or support message. Enter payment details only through secure checkout. See Payment.

What name may appear on my statement?

For card payments, your statement may show DAXIONMALL.COM. For PayPal payments, your statement may show DAXIONGROUP.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order?

Free returns are available for eligible unused and undamaged items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a product page clearly states another approved return window. See Returns & Refunds.

Are all products returnable?

Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including gift cards, downloadable products, and intimate, health, or personal-care items where applicable. Product-specific exceptions should be stated on the product page.

How do I request a return?

Contact support before sending anything back. Include your order number and the item you want to return so we can confirm eligibility and provide the correct instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

After your return is received and reviewed, an approved refund will be applied to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Warranties and Damaged Orders

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact Us page. Include your order number, product name, a short explanation, and clear photos or video showing the damage.

What warranty support is available?

Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Eligible functional items may also be supported by the added DAXION mall™ limited warranty. Warranty coverage depends on the product and issue. See Warranties.

Do you offer accidental damage coverage?

No separate accidental damage coverage is currently offered. Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, modification, or normal wear and tear is normally not covered by warranty.

Product Information and Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Use the size information shown on the product page first. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering and include the product name and your measurements where relevant.

How do I choose a belt size?

For belts, check the product page for waist and total length guidance. If your measurement falls between two options, choose the size that gives enough adjustment room without leaving too much excess length.

How do I choose hat sizes?

Measure around your head where the hat will sit. A soft measuring tape is best. If you do not have one, use string and then measure the string against a ruler.

Are product materials always the same across similar products?

No. Always rely on the material information shown on the specific product page. General material guidance can help, but it should not replace the verified product specification.

What is microfiber?

Microfiber is a very fine synthetic fiber often used to make soft, lightweight, and practical fabrics. Exact performance depends on the product construction, weave, and care instructions.

What is polyester?

Polyester is a widely used synthetic fiber. It is often chosen because it can be strong, quick-drying, and relatively easy to care for. Follow the care instructions for the specific product.

How should I understand textile care symbols?

Care symbols explain washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, and dry-cleaning instructions. Always follow the care label supplied with the specific item.

Product Guides

What is Qi wireless charging?

Qi wireless charging lets compatible devices charge on a charging pad or stand without plugging a cable directly into the device. Your device must support Qi charging, and charging speed depends on the phone, charger, power adapter, case, and temperature. See the Qi wireless charging guide.

What does watch water resistance mean?

Water resistance depends on the watch rating and manufacturer instructions. A rating such as 3 ATM, 5 ATM, or 10 ATM describes tested pressure resistance, but movement, impact, hot water, age, and battery changes can affect protection. Always follow the product and manufacturer guidance.

What is a watch chronograph?

A chronograph is a stopwatch function built into a watch. It can measure elapsed time separately from the normal time display.

What is a watch movement?

The movement is the mechanism that powers and regulates a watch. Common types include quartz, solar quartz, mechanical hand-wound, and automatic mechanical movements.

What bed linen size should I choose?

Match bed linen to the mattress, duvet, and pillow sizes stated on the product page. Bed frames can be larger than mattresses, and textile dimensions may vary slightly by manufacturer and fabric.

Can I review a product?

If product reviews are available on a product page, use that feature. If not, you can still send feedback through the Contact Us page. Useful feedback helps us improve product pages and the store experience.

Can I suggest an article or product guide?

Yes. If you have a useful idea that helps customers understand a product, category, size, care topic, or buying decision, contact us first. We may use customer suggestions to improve product guides and FAQ content.
