Shipping origin

Unless a product page clearly states another shipping origin, DAXION mall™ orders ship from China.

Delivery timing

Most orders can be expected within 7 to 14 days after shipment, unless a product page clearly states another delivery expectation.

Delivery timing can still vary by product, destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking

Tracking is provided after shipment. Carrier tracking pages may update in stages as the package moves through the delivery network, so it is normal for tracking to take a little time to show movement.

Customs and import taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier.

These charges are not paid to DAXION mall™ at checkout unless they are specifically shown during checkout.

Customs processing can sometimes delay delivery. DAXION mall™ cannot control customs decisions, processing times, or charges set by government authorities or carriers.

Returns

Free returns are available for eligible unused and undamaged items. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a product page clearly states another approved return window.
