Free shipping is applied at checkout for eligible orders and destinations. Available shipping options are shown before payment.

Before you pay

Enter your shipping address during checkout to see the available delivery options for your order. If shipping is not available for a destination, checkout will show that before payment.

Tracking

Tracking is provided after shipment. Carrier tracking pages may update in stages as the package moves through the delivery network.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, and customs processing when applicable. Any available shipping options and delivery information are shown before payment or provided after shipment.

Customs and import taxes

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may be charged by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not paid to DAXION mall™ at checkout unless specifically shown during checkout.

Customs processing can sometimes delay delivery. DAXION mall™ cannot control customs decisions, processing times, or charges set by government authorities or carriers.
