Return window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a product page clearly states another approved return window.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging when available.

Please contact DAXION mall™ support before sending anything back. This lets us review the request, confirm eligibility, and give you the correct return instructions.

Items that may not be eligible

Some items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including gift cards, downloadable products, and intimate, health, or personal-care items where applicable.

If a product has a specific return exception, the product page should state it clearly.

How to request a return

Email service@daxiongroup.com or use the contact form on our Contact Us page. Include your order number and the item you want to return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to DAXION mall™ before contacting support and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

After your return is received and reviewed, an approved refund will be applied to the original method of payment.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Return shipping

For eligible returns, return shipping is free.

Any optional paid delivery upgrade selected at checkout may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
