Use your usual U.S. trouser waist as the starting point, then choose from the belt lengths currently offered for this product. Ratchet belts can normally be shortened by opening the buckle, removing it from the strap, cutting the strap from the buckle end, and reinstalling the buckle.

We offer free shipping & delivery on all products to addresses in the United States. In many cases, we can ship to other countries as well. Please contact us if you want delivery to an address outside of the US.

TRACKING
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code. With the tracking code, you can follow the shipments route on its way to you. Tracking may not be available for part of the shipping route in some countries.

If this is not the USA, you may have to clear customs and pay additional import duties, taxes, or other customs related charges. You can not pay for these to DAXION. You will have to settle any claims with the entity that ask for and collect the taxes and fees.
Customs clearance can occasionally delay deliveries, and DAXION cannot influence this process or the time it takes.

Our return policy is applicable to all unused, undamaged items with the original package. The intention of the return policy is to offer a change-of-mind opportunity and guarantee that You are 100 % happy and satisfied. We try to make this as easy as possible for you.
For any items that are incomplete, damaged or used, please go to Warranties.
Our return policy lasts 30, 60 or 90 days after you received your item. A badge on the product detail page show you which. If no badge, then 30 days apply.
If you want to make a return please contact our customer service to agree on how and where to return items. We can not accept returns of gift cards, downloadable products or intimate, health and personal care items unless we marked the specific product page with a "money back"-badge.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and your order number will do just fine. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us, before contacting our customer service and agreeing on the next steps.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and your refund is approved a credit will be applied to you in the original method of payment. It can take a few days, up to a week, for the refund to arrive to you.
Shipping
Your return is free. Your shipping costs for the return will be credited to you. The original free shipping and delivery included in the price you paid for your product will always be refunded, while any extra payments you have done to pay for or upgrade delivery will not be refunded.
